As a Guest Relations Manager you would be responsible for the overall safety and total satisfaction of our customers and their guests. We are looking for a person with a great attitude, strong work ethic, who can project a smile over the phone, can keep positive and upbeat throughout the day, and be a polished image to our visitors. In this role, you will assist and report to Senior Management, oversee party attendants, check guests in and out, answer phones, maintain cash register, process credit cards, book, confirm and close reservations and sales orders, answer guest questions and solve opportunities in an efficient and expedient manner with a high degree of friendliness and professionalism. You would coordinate the ordering and delivery of pizzas, proper storage of catered food and beverages, ordering and delivery of custom cakes and any other party supplies from outside vendors. You would also be responsible for maintaining guest and common areas to be always neat, clean and presentable. Other duties as assigned by Senior Management. Associates Degree in Business Administration (or related field) and one year experience in office/administration preferred. Proficient in MS Office and Quickbooks. Customer Service/phone/retail cashiering experience a big plus. Full and part-time positions available. Flexible schedules but must be able to work weekends.
