how soon should i book my party? As soon as possible. Private parties and playgroups are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so the earlier you book the better your selection of times and dates will be. It's not uncommon for parties to be booked 6-8 weeks in advance.

A Jump Planet associate will contact you within 24 hours of your request to
discuss availability, party packages and options. Please note that to
book a party or playgroup a $100 non-refundable reservation deposit is required.
The balance is due day of your event.
what forms of payment do you accept? Cash and credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Sorry, we do not accept checks.
how many guests can i invite to a party? Up to 24 kids for a Super Planet Private Party and up to 16 kids for a Mini Planet Private Party or Private Playgroup. Adults
and children 3 years old and younger are not included in the guest count. See parties
for more details and pricing. Additional party guests over the
limit are $10 each. In general, we try to keep all parties to a
maximum of 30 kids. If you require more than this, please call us and we will attempt to make special arrangements for your large party.
will i have to share the arenas and party rooms with other parties, playgroups or drop-ins? No. While there may be another party in session at our facilities, your party is considered private and you'll have a play arena and party room reserved for the use of your group only.
are parties at Jump Planet reserved for birthdays only? No. Jump Planet is a great place to have any kind of party, celebration or special event. We can host your next Bar/Bat Mitzvah, day-care field trip, school 'fun'-raiser, church outing, corporate moral/team building event, sports team awards ceremony, and just about any event or celebration you can think of!
can i bring my own food? You
are welcome to bring cake, ice cream, fruit and vegetable trays, cold
platters and dry goods such as chips and cookies to be served in your private party room. We have a freezer on-site to store frozen items during arena playtime. You may also order a custom cake in advance from us as well. Pizza packages can also be ordered in advance from us, which will be delivered hot and ready in time for your party. See party options for more details and pricing. We do allow all other outside food, however, Jump Planet reserves the right to charge a $25 outside food fee. As Jump Planet is a peanut-free zone, we ask that you do not bring any foods that contain peanuts or peanut by-products.
can i bring my own drinks? Yes,
you are welcome to bring beverages as long as they are not in glass
containers. You may bring sodas (plastic or cans only), water bottles (plastic only), and juice boxes to be served in your private party room, or if you wish, may purchase ice cold 2-liter sodas from us. See party options for more details. Sorry, alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
can i bring my own balloons and decorations? Yes, you may bring your own balloons, or if you wish, purchase them from us. See party options for more details. We do ask that you do not bring any banners that are to be hung or taped to the walls or ceilings, confetti, piñatas, or silly-string type devices. If these items are used, you may be subject to a $25 clean-up fee.
what else do i need to bring? Just
a cake, candles and cake knife. We will take care of everything else! And
don't forget cash or a credit card for payment at the end of the party.
Gratuities are accepted and greatly appreciated.
what else do i need to do? If you are planning to order a pizza package, a custom cake, a custom party theme or balloons from us, please have your headcount ready five days prior to your party. A Jump Planet party coordinator will reach you two to five days before your party to take your orders.
what if fewer or more kids arrive for the party after i've placed my orders? Unfortunately, pizzas, custom cakes, and custom party themes orders cannot be changed on the day of the party. However, balloons will only be charged for what you order on the day of the party.
what time does the host and guests need to arrive? The host and guests should plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled party time. Prior to the party, the guests will need to check-in, submit their waivers, drop off gifts, and be introduced to their Jump Planet party attendants. Click

what is considered proper attire? All participants in the play arenas must wear socks. Jump Planet sells socks in case someone forgets. Participants should plan on wearing comfortable clothing free of belts, extra zippers, and sharp objects. Jewelry and hair accessories should be kept at a minimum.
what if i have a change in plans?
You may reschedule your private party up to 14 days
prior to your event date with no additional service charges. The
rescheduled party must be within the next 3 months of the original event
date and we'll gladly credit the full deposit amount toward the balance of
your rescheduled event.
A
reservation may be cancelled or rescheduled by phone or in writing with
the following service charges:
If you cancel or reschedule your
party within 14 days of your reserved date you will be responsible for
50% of the party price.
If you
cancel or reschedule your party within 7 days of your reserved date you will
be responsible for 75% of the party price.
If you cancel or reschedule your party
within 48 hours of your reserved date you will be responsible for 100%
of the party price.
Failure to arrive without notification you
will be responsible for 100% of the party price including any party
extras ordered through us.
Please remember that your deposit is non-refundable. Sorry, no
exceptions.
